This traditionally made bottle fermented limited release sparkling wine is a blend of cool climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It is a wine that has great integration and texture with a fine and persistent bead. Complexing aromas of baked strawberry tart and white peach effortlessly fill the palate. This is a well balanced wine with persistence and elegance.
