2021 Red Seal BDX Blend (Cab Sav, Cab Franc & Merlot)DOZEN

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot this is a Bordeaux blend style with luscious dark fruit, and a subtle spicy character from time in French oak.  Firm tannins provide length and texture for a full bodied finish.

Add a dash to the Bolognaise and drink the rest while it simmers. This is the case that keeps the whole summer ticking over, the one that comes camping and gets poured around the BBQ without waiting for an occasion. Full bodied enough to back a plate of something off the grill, and easy enough that a dozen won't last as long as you'd like.
