About these terms
These terms apply when you use our website, buy wine from us or join one of our Wine Clubs. By placing an order or joining a club, you agree to them.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded, and you're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
Age and responsible service of alcohol
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
You must be 18 or over to buy from us or join a Wine Club, and we'll ask for your date of birth. Someone aged 18 or over must receive the delivery. We may refuse or cancel any order if we're not satisfied the buyer is 18 or over.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
Your order is accepted once we send you an order confirmation email. If a price on our website is wrong, we'll contact you before processing the order, and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Vintages and availability
We do our best to keep our website up to date, but vintages do sell out. If the vintage you ordered is no longer available, we may send you the next vintage of the same wine. If you'd rather not receive a different vintage, let us know in the order notes or contact us before your order ships.
If a wine is out of stock altogether, we'll contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

Wine Club
How it works
When you join a Wine Club, you're agreeing to receive regular shipments of wine and to have your card charged for each one. Your membership benefits start from the day you join.
Pepper Tree Wine Club
Membership is for a minimum of 12 months and 2 dozen bottles, delivered as at least 1 dozen every 6 months.
Platinum Wine Club
Membership is for a minimum of 12 months and 6 dozen bottles. You can choose to receive from 1 dozen every 2 months up to 2 dozen every 4 months.
Changing your shipments
You can change the wines in your shipment, or its timing, any time before you're charged and it's sent. Once a shipment has been charged and sent, any changes or returns will be charged freight both ways. This doesn't affect your rights if a wine is faulty or arrives damaged.
Payments
We'll charge your card on file shortly before each shipment is sent. If a payment doesn't go through, we'll contact you to update your details. We'll let you know before any shipment if the price is changing.
Changing or cancelling your membership
After your first 12 months, your membership continues until you tell us you'd like to stop.
To cancel or make changes, email us at ptwinery@peppertreewines.com.au at least 4 days before your next shipment.
We ask members to complete their minimum commitment. If your circumstances change and you can't, please get in touch and we'll work it out with you. We don't charge a cancellation fee.
Promotions and competitions
Promotions and competitions may have their own terms, which will be published with each one. If they differ from these terms, the promotion terms apply for that promotion.
Using our website
You can view, download and print content from our website for your own personal use. You must not use our website for anything unlawful, or in a way that could damage it or interfere with other people's use of it.
Intellectual property
The content on our website, including text, photos, videos, logos and the Pepper Tree name, belongs to Pepper Tree Wines or is used with permission. You can't copy, change or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Links to other websites
Our website may link to other websites for your convenience. We aren't responsible for their content, products or services, and a link doesn't mean we endorse them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website. We don't guarantee our website will always be available or free from errors or viruses.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place an order applies to that order. If we make a change that affects Wine Club members, we'll let them know before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
