Aged Tasting Note
Thirteen years has taken this from a bright young Semillon into something else entirely. The citrus has deepened into honey and toast, with a rich, complex character that only comes from real time in the bottle. Still fine and structured underneath it all, the Tallawanta site giving it the backbone to carry that age gracefully. This is Hunter Semillon doing what it's famous for.
