2022 Limited Release 'Sparkling Silenus' Chardonnay Pinot Noir Pinot Meunier

Bottled fermented in the traditional method, ‘Silenus’ is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, grown on our estate owned vineyards in Orange, NSW. Striking aromas of baked strawberry tart and white peach are punctuated by a textural complexity and a fine bead, making for a balanced sparkling with persistence and elegance.
