2025 Single Barrel Hunter Valley Chardonnay

Sourced from our Tallavera Vineyard in Mount View, the fruit was handpicked and whole bunch pressed directly to a single new oak barrel on full solids, where it underwent spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. This minimal intervention approach has produced a distinctive, small volume Chardonnay that speaks of place.

White peach, nectarine, and preserved lemon are layered with roasted cashew, gentle spice and freshly baked brioche. Concentrated and creamy, the palate is framed by new oak and carried by fresh acidity, creating balance, structure, and impressive length.

The bottle for the friend who actually cares what they're drinking, and for the night you feel like giving them something out of the ordinary. Good company, a bit of time, someone at the table who'll appreciate it. That's all it asks.
