We'll only send you marketing emails if you've signed up to our newsletter, joined our Wine Club, or otherwise agreed to hear from us, or where the law allows it. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by using that link or emailing us.
We don't send marketing messages by SMS.

Payments are processed by our payment providers. We don't store your full card number. For Wine Club members, our Wine Club platform securely stores a token that lets us process your scheduled payments.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar tools to understand how visitors use the site and to show relevant ads. These include:
• Google Analytics, to see which pages are visited and how people find us

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. You can also manage ad preferences through your Google and Meta account settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of our website work.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:
• businesses that help us run our operations, such as our online store, Wine Club and email platforms, payment providers, couriers and our digital marketing agency
• competition or event partners, where you've entered a promotion run with them
• government or regulatory bodies, where we're required or authorised by law
We require these businesses to keep your information confidential and use it only to provide services to us.
Overseas storage
Some of the service providers we use store information outside Australia, including in the United States and Canada. We choose providers that have strong privacy and security practices in place.
Automated decisions
Our online store uses automated fraud screening to check orders for signs of fraud. This uses information such as your name, billing and delivery address, IP address and payment details. Orders that are flagged are reviewed by a member of our team before any decision is made. If you have a question about your order, please contact us.
Storage and security
Your information is stored in secure online platforms and, in some cases, in our office. We use physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect it, and access is limited to staff who need it to do their job.
If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we'll notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal requirements. After that, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
Browsing without identifying yourself
You can browse our website without telling us who you are. To buy wine, join the Wine Club or enter a competition, we'll need your details.
Under 18s
Our products are only for people aged 18 and over. Our website isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
