2026 Single Vineyard 'Tallavera' Semillon

Sourced from our Mount View Vineyard, the Tallavera semillon grows in free draining grey-brown sandy loams beside a headwater tributary of limestone creek. The block was established using material selected from one of the Hunter Valley’s finest old-clone semillon vineyards.

The 2026 release is finely structured and distinctly site driven, with bright citrus fruit, subtle herbal notes, and a gentle earthy complexity. Fresh acidity provides definition and length, while a delicate texture gives the palate added dimension . Precise and refreshing in it’s youth, this is a classic Hunter Valley Semillon with the structure to develop gracefully in the bottle.

A wine for a quiet corner and a couple of good friends rather than for a whole room. Understated on purpose, which is part of the appeal.
