Each year, when the vintage is done and the valley has quietened, we bring our members together for one of our favourite days on the calendar. The Harvest Lunch is our chance to sit down, open some exceptional bottles and mark the end of another year in the vineyard.
Here's a little of what the day looks like — and why we think it's worth making the trip.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A first taste of the 2026 vintage — before release.
John Davis and Andrew Ling will join us to share an update on the 2026 harvest and introduce the wines through the afternoon. You’ll be the first to taste a couple of sneaky wines from the 2026 vintage.
Museum Release wines paired with each course.
The four-course lunch, prepared by Wilderness Chef at the new Mount View Estate venue, is matched with eight Pepper Tree wines — including Museum Releases selected specifically for the occasion.
The 2026 Harvest Plate.
Each year we commission a local artist to create an original artwork for our Harvest Plate — a keepsake for every guest. This year’s piece is by Hunter Valley artist Danielle McManus.
Live music from Anna Weatherup.
Anna will play through the afternoon, adding a relaxed atmosphere.
You’ll be hosted by Dave, Sharon and Susie from the Pepper Tree team.
