Sharing the passion for grape growing and coffee roasting, we have adopted the same approach to our house-blend as we would with blending wine. The III Bean Classic combines carefully selected beans from some of the finest coffee growing regions in the world such as Ethiopia, Guatemala and Brazil. By combining the three coffee beans together we are utilising the unique characteristics and achieve a style which is greater than the sum of their individual parts.
The final cup offers a medium body style with excellent crema. The Ethiopian provides the depth and length on the palate, whilst the Guatemalan inspires a chocolate-malt and cinnamon spice flavour and the Brazilian integrates the flavours of the two single origins leaving you with a smooth velvet finish.
